Culture is the characteristics of a particular group of people,defined by everything from language,religion,social habits,music and arts.It is one of the most important and basic concept of sociology. The way of living,eating,wearing,singing,dancing,talking all are parts of a culture.

Culture is influenced by many groups of people that make up the country.There are different culture being followed by people which can be enlisted as western, eastern, Latin,middle eastern and African.Each living life is attached in culture, culture is learnt i.e. it is not inherited biologically. It doesn't exist in isolation and it originates and develops through social interaction.Changing the corporate culture is along and difficult process
